Hotellet er ok, men støj i spisesalen var lige slem nok - vi havde bestilt værelse med sea view - men se lige billedet - ikke meget sea view - man skulle stå op for at se udsigten - det var lidt af en skuffelse.

Dejligt hotel. Pæne og rene værelser. God forplejning og dejlige omgivelser. Påklædning blev håndhævet, ingen fede mænd i shorts med maven udenfor, dejligt. Vi boede på Jandia Mar, rejste med Bravo Tours, havde all inc., men ingen fortalte os at vi kunne gå på nabohotellet Jandia Playa og nyde den smukkeste udsigt med vin m.v. til u/b. Næste gang er det Jandia Playa. Desværre havde Jandia Mar et animationshold som var utroligt larmende og irriterende, med høj høj bongo bongo musik og pause 13-15.
De sluttede ved 17.30 tiden. Gyseligt.
Animationsfolket havde det vældig sjovt en kunne konstant råbe og klappe, sige uuuhhh når de spillede golf med bind for øjnene. Virkelig tåbeligt. De synes også at det var vældig morsomt at gæsterne skulle drikke ren sprut når de skulle lave en bovle (hver dag) så nogle af gæsterne blev meget højrøstede.
Har før oplevet animationsfolk som var normale og med normal opførsel og hørelse. Begge hoteller har dog en forkærlighed for elektrisk pling pling musik. Ingen sang ikke noget behageligt hvis man skal sidde og slappe af. Det skal man ikke. Så på med vanten køb ørepropper.

Vi var fire voksne og et barn på syv år i starten af april 2017.
Det er et dejligt hotel, som er pænt vedligeholdt. Vores værelse var på 2. sal i blok 4, hvorfra der var en flot havudsigt, men p.g.a. et trægelænder kunne den dog kun nydes stående. Utroligt, at arkitekter ikke tænker på sådan noget. Der var gratis air condition, men det kølede stort set ikke. Sengene var rigtig gode. Hotellet er ikke for gangbesværede, idet der er mange trapper.
Hotellet ligger højt med en stejl bakke til stranden. Der er fine muligheder for shopping, men hvis man vil helt ind til byen, er det lidt langt til fods.
Maden i buffetrestauranten var udmærket, men lidt ensformet i længden. Trods all inclusive kostede en del ekstra.
Hotellet har en spa afdeling, men også her kun mod betaling.
Hotellets store problem er støj.
Ved poolen er der flere gange om dagen underholdning / aktiviteter og det foregår med meget høj musik og en medarbejder, som råber i en mikrofon. Meget få deltog i aktiviteterne, som var meget generende.
I buffetrestauranten var der en utrolig dårlig akustik, og derfor et højt støjniveau.
Værelser er dårligt lydisolerede, så man kan høre naboens TV, toiletbesøg m.v. Vores nabo gik først i seng kl. ca. 0130.
P.g.a. støjen komme vi ikke igen.

Reading your comments on the location of our hotel we would like to add that we provide free shutllebus service every day to the beach and village of Jandía.

We do our best to ensure that the noise levels always stay within the sensible limits so our guests are not disturbed by their naighbours or by traffic noise. I wish I could have the chance to speak with you during your stay and help to solve the problems you mentiones as our main goal is to provide a relaxing holiday to all guests. We regret Reading that we fell short in your case and please rest assured that your comments will be shared with the entire team for information and further revision.

On the other hand we are happy to read that you liked the sea view of your room we accomodated you and that you found our beds comfortable because at Occidental we are fully aware that a basic function in any hotel is to guarantee comfortable and satisfying nights' sleep to our guests, therefore we pay the finest attention when it comes to choosing the mattresses for our beds.

Et ok hotel, men ikke 4 stjerner!
Her er rent og pænt, men værelserne er ved at være slider. Vi boede på vær 418 med ok havudsigt. Tilbehør af badeartikler er ekstremt lavt for et hotel med 4 stjerner.
Hotellet er med mange værelser og derfor også mange mennesker. Dette resulterer i en typisk overfyldt restaurant dog med et stort udvalg. Vi havde valgt all inclusive. Kvalitet og specielt Servicen er ringe. Næsten alt er selvbetjening. Ingen mineralvand med brus medmindre vi betalte ekstra, og det var med all inklusive :-(.
Der findes yderligere en næsten tom betalingsrestaurant.
Den indendørs bar, er ligeledes på lavt niveau. Her lavede bartender gin tonic med mineralvand. Vi har været her to gange i 2010 og 2017. Vælger sikkert noget andet næste gang.
Området er pragtfuld med skøn badestrande og strandpromenade, som invitere til gode og lange gåture. Øen Fuerteventura og området kan anbefales.

Værelsestip: Fra 4. Sal og op er der typisk havudsigt, men en del værelsesfløje har anden placering. Bed evt. Om værelse i hovedbygningen.

We regret your disappointment regarding the extra charge for some drinks for our All Inclusive guests, furthermore we understand reading your review that apprently you were not properly informed about your All Inclusive type of meal plan upon reservation and would like to take the opportunity to point out that,as reported on our website, the All Inclusive is related to drinks, meals , snacks and the entertainment program; the room safes, the parking and the Spa are reported to be available against an extra charge.

Et rigtig dejligt hotel.. dejlig rent, super betjening og service.. selv buffeten på hotellet var bestemt bedre en en del af de restauranter vi besøgte på vores ferie..
Lækkert poolområde for både gamle som helt unge..
En rigtig god oplevelse..
Der er et minus.. og det er at sengene virker nedslidte og trænger til fornyelse...
