Min familie og jeg havde glædet os til den mest fantastiske ferie på dette 5-Stjernet hotel, men det eneste der er 5-Stjernet, er udsigten fra restauranten.
Vi boede på værelser med havudsigt i stueplan. Rum 101, 102, 108 og 109. Der var kakelakker på værelset 108. Kortene til døren på værelse 109 virkede ikke, og døren skarpede på gulvet så man dårligt kunne åbne døren.
Vi havde alle fået enkeltsenge, men den ene enkeltseng på værelse 101 knirkede når man vendte og drejede sig, og sengene gled fra hinanden når man prøvede at ligge tæt.
Der blev ikke fyldt op med shampoo, balsam eller showergel, så da vi havde brugt dét der var, allerede på første dag, så måtte vi købe noget selv. Jeg har været på 3- og 4-Stjernet hoteller hvor der blev gjort rent hver dag, og fyldt op hvis der manglede noget, så dét forventer man også på et 5-Stjernet hotel. Især når man betaler turistskat.
Da vi havde værelser tæt på poolen og trappeopgang til receptionen, betød det at der var enormt meget larm. Der var alt for lyt.
Der blev afholdt arrangementer lige ved vores værelser, flere af aftenerne, og en af de første aftener, faldt min svigermor over en ledning til deres musikanlæg. Hun slog ryggen og fik en flænge i den ene hånd, så resten af ferien var ødelagt for hende. Hun måtte til lægen og have smertestillende medicin, og ligge på værelset resten af ferien.
Min mand klagede til receptionen, og deres kommentar var: "Jamen vi har jo fjernet ledningen nu!" Ingen kompensation, eller noget som helst andet, fik hun. Vi fik af vide af receptionisten at hun skulle spørge om kompensation af hendes chef, men efter at vi havde taget kontakt til receptionen 3 dage i træk 2 gange om dagen, efter episoden med min svigermor, så opgav vi.

Når man kommer på et 5-Stjernet hotel, så forventer man service i topklasse.

MIN FAMILIE OG JEG VIL IKKE ANBEFALE DETTE HOTEL OVERHOVEDET TIL NOGEN!!

Thank you for choosing our hotel for your and your family's recent holidays and taking time to write us a review about your stay. We are extremely disappointed to read that your holidays in our resort did not meet your expectations. Firstly, we want to apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your room. The cockroaches are not acceptable and we are deeply sorry for that, however as soon as you informed us we did react and send the housekeeping to fix the issue and get rid of them. Furthermore, we wish you had informed us about the lack of the amenities so we would have sent you more and you would not have had to buy your own.

Regarding to the accident that happened with your mother, we would like to apologize deeply the incident again, as we did many times during your stay here. We did react immediately and removed the cable - however, we do agree that this accident should have not happened in the first place and we take this case very seriously. We did check many times if she is fine and told you to inform us if there is anything else we can do for you. You told us that there is no need for a doctor so we did not send you one. You asked us to give you a free spa entrance which is something we could not provide for the reason that due to the covid restrictions not all the spa services are available. Also, this case is not a subject of a money compensation. However, we did send to your room for apologies wine, sweet, fruits and apology letter from the management and the staff of Porto Platanias. We are very disappointed to read that you did not appreciate that move.

We are very disappointed that after all the apologies and offer to help you somehow, you decided to disfame the hotel and not recommend that to the future guests. We did our best to sort this out and the most important, reacted immediately when the accident happened.

Jeg ved ikke engang hvor jeg skal starte fra, men vil bare sige at hotellet er langt fra 5 stjernes hotel, jeg vil sige 2 stjerne hotel.
Morgenmad er altså ok, men ikke noget man glæder sig at spise, tjener i restaurant hvor man spiser buffet ser ud som om de er træt af livet, de er hele tiden sur og ser ud som om de vil bare have du spiser din mad og skrider derfra med det samme. Personale som står ved buffet og ligger maden er fint nok.
Jeg har forventet at i 5 stjernet hotel vil der i det mindste være en lille flaske shower gel eller noget i den stil, altså det har jeg altid fået da jeg boede i 3-4 stjerner hoteller.
Rengøring fuldstændig forfærdelig, der var tissemyrer som løbet rundt i værelset og jeg gjorde rengørings personale opmærksom på det lige da de skulle til at rengøre vores værelse, lagt ovenikøbet drikkepenge til dem, fordi jeg har forventet at de vil gør det ordentligt, men desværre da jeg kom tilbage tissemyre var der stadig i vores værelse, desværre så vasker de aldrig gulvet ordentlig på bad værelset, det som om de tør gulvet bare af med en tørt måtte, der var hele tiden beskidt i bad værelset i alle de 2 uger vi har opholdt os der, bruse kabinens glas blev hellere ikke rengjort.
Nå men ikke nok med det, så fik jeg et chok da jeg fandt en kakerlak i mit seng og på væggen i vores værelset, den har altså bogstavelig talt gemt sig under min pude! Det skal lige siges det jo 5 stjerne hotel Så kan i godt regne ud at værelser bliver ikke rengjort ordentlig ikke nok med at der er også fuld af edderkops spidser under bord hvor man kan altså tydeligvis se det. Den første dag da vi kom værelset var hellere ikke så rent, altså gulvet var en lille smule beskidt.

I de her corona tid forventede jeg at de skulle Sprite solsenge af som i de andre hoteller, men det har jeg hellere ikke set dem gør. Ikke nok med det, så tror jeg hellere ikke at deres pool bliver gjort ordentlig rent, der var mudder i en af pool’erne, og dagen efter var der stadigvæk en smule mudder.

Personale som står i receptionen ellers er søde og hende dame som arbejder i hotellets supermarked er virkelig sød og rar kvinde, så pga dem har de fået 2 stjerner fra mig.

Endnu engang det her er IKKE en 5 stjerner hotel, vi har sidste år været i et 3 stjernes hotel og service, personale, rengøring var TIP TOP.

For the beginning, we would like to apologize that our hotel did not fill your expectations. We are very sorry to read that you were disappointed with our staff’s service. Everyone in our team is a professional and it is a very important thing for us to make our guests feel welcomed and offer a good service. We are deeply sorry if you got this impression of our staff. We will discuss about this with our whole team and promise to make an improvement.

When it comes to the amenities, our hotel provides shampoo, shower gel, body lotion and many other. We want to apologize if you did not find any from your room. If you had contacted our reception desk, we could have fixed that immediately and bring them in your room. Our Reception operates 24/7 and we do have amenities here as well, so you could have gotten them any time of the day.

According to the cleaning, we are very sorry and disappointed to read that you had this kind of experience. We do pay a lot of attention in our hotel’s cleaning service and especially these times with COVID-19, we are extra careful. We wish you would had informed us about the cleaning so we could have reacted immediately and send somebody to fix all of those problems.
We want to apologize also your bad experience with the cockroach. That is very common in the Greek nature, but of course it is not acceptable to be found from your hotel room. We do have sprays for them and we wish you had informed us so we could have reacted to it. We do pay a lot of attention to the cleaning inside the hotel rooms and also in all the public areas. We follow strictly all the measures of the COVID-19 protocol. We will pass the message to our whole team and we will pay extra attention to the parts you mentioned.

The fact you found our reception and mini market staff friendly and helpful makes us very happy. We do indeed our very best to offer our guests a pleasant stay and we are willing to help any time.

Thank you for your feedback, we wish to have a chance to accommodate you soon again in our Beach Resort in order to prove that we have deserved all the five stars!

Havde en uges ferie på dette hotel med min kæreste i august 2020 under corona pandemien.
Hotellet havde en god beliggenhed i forhold til spisesteder i byen platanias og udsigt ud over havet når man spiste i hotellets buffet.
Pga. corona var der meget der var lukket ned heribland flere barer og restauranter og der var ingen underholdning om dagen eller om aftenen på hotellet.
I buffeten serverede personalet maden for dig, hvilket fungerede rigtig fint og de var alle meget søde og gavmilde med deres portioner.

Vi havde booket et dobbelt værelse u. havudsigt, hvilket vi blev lidt skuffet over eftersom at have set billeder fra hjemmesiden. Meget småt værelse samt badeværelse, hvor der kun var plads til en person. Aircondition var derimod utrolig god og fik hurtigt afkølet værelset og holdte temp. uden larm og blæst. Sengene er gode og bløde men enkeltmandssenge sat sammen, som nemt blev revet fra hinanden. Rengøring hver anden dag pga corona.

Poolområdet var rigtig fint - mange pools og solsenge og rent og lækkert koldt vand. Poolhåndklæder kunne byttes hver dag, men var desværre alt for små. Deres gym var utrolig godt. Stort med mange forskellige maskiner og behagelig temp.

Alt i alt et fint hotel, men taget prisen i betragtning samt at det var et 5-stjernet, var oplevelsen lidt skuffende.

We would like to start by thanking you for spending your holidays with your boyfriend here in Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa and writing us a feedback. All the criticism – positive and negative- is welcomed and we take all the comments into account.

According to the entertainment, we would like to inform that unfortunately due to the COVID-19 restrictions we have had to cancelled it. In normal conditions our hotel has to offer plenty of activities and entertainment and we wish to accommodate you one day again so you could experience this missed part!

We are glad to read that you enjoyed our buffet in which this year due to the protocol the hotel’s staff has to do the serving. You can still feel comfortable to ask as much as you want and our staff is pleased to serve you.
When it comes to the room, we want to apologize that it was not what you expected. Our hotel is a concept of more than 300 rooms and even if it is the type you have booked, it might not be exactly the same as in the picture on the website.

We are happy though that you felt comfortable with our A/C. We would like to inform you that in every room we have two single beds which we have connected with a mattress in order to make it double. We are very sorry that you did not feel comfortable with that. We do not hear usual any comments of this being problem, so if you had informed our reception, we could have sent a housekeeping to fix the mattress better and make the bed more stable.

Due to the protocol, the cleaning is indeed every two days and the bed linen and towels are changed every four days. By justified request we can send the housekeeping more often to your room. We do offer our guests even an option to choose not to have cleaning service in case they do not want somebody to enter their room.

It is a pleasure to read that our facilities were enjoyable, but we want to apologize that your total experience was disappointing. We wish to welcome you soon again in our hotel in order to prove that we are worth all of our five stars!

Jeg starter med at sige atg denne hotel er ikke 5 stjerne som apollo rejser har solgt det til os.Den skal i hvert fald nedgraderes.Du kan ikke finde shampo eller body i værelserne.Du skal købe fra lokal supermarked.
Maden er kedeligt og mest lavet af billig svinekød og uheldigvis fandt jeg hår i maden da jeg vist det til personalet fik jeg meget kold response ..og hvad så
ghe SPA og sauna var lukket pga Covid -19 men de blev ved med at reklamere for det på fladskærmerne i receptionen samt apollo rejser hjemmesiden Ingen gratis allacart restuarant for All inklusiv gæsterne ( 1 gang om ugen).Conceptet var lukket pga corona.
Jeg vil aldrig kom tilbage til denne hotet. Helt skuffet oplevelse.

I was very disappointed to hear, that the hotel did not meet your expectations.
We would like to inform you that the hotel provides free amenities such as shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the rooms. We are sorry to hear that you did not ask us to bring you any, because our reception is open 24/7 and we are glad to give even extra any time upon request.

We are deeply sorry that you had this bad experience in our restaurant. We would like to inform you that our restaurant has a big variety of food to choose from and our staff is very professional and willing to help in any problem. We want to apologize that you did not get a response you wanted to. We will pass the message to our team.

Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 restrictions many of the spa services must be closed. We have all the needed information according to the restrictions available on our reception’s info board.

According to the all inclusive package, the hotel offers you a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.

We are deeply sorry that you got disappointed while staying with us. Although, we wish to accommodate you some day again to get another chance to prove that we are a well deserved 5 stars hotel!

Har været på hotellet i 14 dage her i september , i de fjorten dage havde vi ingen internet, på rejsebureau hjemme side stod der ikke noget om at nogen skulle betale for solsenge, håndvasken var i stykker blev dog lavet, kaffemaskine i stykker fik dog byttet til en anden der heller ikke virkede. Utroligt meget larm på hotellet sent aften og nat, trods henvendelser til hotellet blev der ikke gjordt noget.

First of all, I would like to thank you for posting on Trip Advisor concerning your recent stay in Porto Platanias Beach Resort & Spa.
Further to your post, I would like to express my apologies for not meeting your expectations regarding small issues during your stay with us. Particularly, regarding your WIFI connection ,from the moment that you stated your problem in the reception our IT department who took care about it, mention that after checking your speed while staying in your room for 15 min it hasn’t showed any issues but nevertheless next day they changed the antenna for a better and stable speed and connection. And since that day we haven’t heard from you any complains.
Regarding the sun beds at the beach area I would like to inform you that the extra charge is due to the reason that is a property of the municipality. Nevertheless, our guests can enjoy the sun by using free of charge the sun beds around the pool areas! As for your comment that we are not stating about the extra fee for the sunbeds by the beach check out better our page in your official travel agency site at the part “Solstole og parasoller mod betaling på stranden” or ask your travel representatives to inform you .
Nevertheless in spite the “small” inconveniences that you faced during your stay we hope that you had a nice time in our resort since we are trying each and every day to maintain our highest standards of services !
