It is delightful to learn that our well-appointed property was a perfect fit to you and you considered your overall stay to be a super experience. I am pleased that we managed to provide you everything needed during your 4 nights stay and you encountered a genuine, high-level guest service.
Thank you for appreciating your hotel room, however it was not maximally to your satisfaction in terms of size. For the future, let me suggest you to book a higher room category, since now already we have 5 different room types. It worths the supplement for your greatest convenience. I gladly read that you deemed worthy to highlight the delicious and wide buffet breakfast selection.
Last but not least, it feels fantastic that our wellness and fitness facilities contributed to your great hotel experience. As for the size; please note, that we are a city hotel and besides our main profile we are offering this relaxing, decent spa area as an extra facility. After investigating your issue with our Operation Manager, I can confidently tell you that unauthorized billing was not happened. You have booked a „double room with breakfast included” through Expedia. In this case, breakfast is payable regardless you consume it or not. Since, you were agreed to pay for your bill with the credit card povided upon check-in, our colleagues were authorized to charge it in the absence of other means of payment. I truly trust in your kind understanding. At the meantime, let me express my sincere regret for your bad impressions and let me ensure you that we are always happy to learn from every kind of issues. We will strive even better communicate in order to avoid any bad impressions caused by a possible misunderstanding.
