We are very saddened to read that you found the Solana Hotel & Spa not worthy of its star rating especially when we strive very hard in offering our guests a positive experience throughout. Nonetheless, we welcome any form of constructive criticism and the matter will be thoroughly investigated with the respective departments.
It is worth noting that the hotel boasts 100 rooms in total where both the outdoor pool and the indoor pool are available for the enjoyment of our esteemed clients throughout the year (outdoor pool is available weather permitting). In addition, the hotel prides itself in maintaining very rigid controls on both pool hygiene and room housekeeping standards. The hotel does not comprise internal car park facilities, however, car park space is more often than not available in the near vicinity of the property.
