Unfortunately, we clearly failed to provide you with detailed information about our Palio Summer Festival. However, you booked a Superior Double room in the Refugium, which is located in the historic building. A deluxe double room is in the new building and you would not have heard anything from the Palio summer festival.We take your feedback seriously and will ensure that future guests are more extensively informed in advance about such events to enable them to make an informed decision. We apologize for the noise generated by the event, which affected your sleep until 11:30 PM. However, I am somewhat saddened by your complaint regarding the fee for the underground parking lot. Please note that we are not obligated to provide free parking for our guests. We do ensure that all of our guests have the opportunity to park near the hotel without having to search for a parking space in the surrounding area. Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that our underground parking is subject to a fee, just like any other parking garage. Additionally, please note that our parking fee is below average. Nonetheless, we will certainly review your comments and consider whether an adjustment of the prices is appropriate to better meet the wishes and needs of our guests. Regarding breakfast, we regret that it did not meet your expectations, although it is usually highly praised by all guests. We would have appreciated learning what you feel is lacking in order to meet the 5-star standard. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced during your stay.
