Dejligt hotel, med god service og indbydende faciliteter. Deres opvarmede rooftop pool er virkelig hyggelig om aftenen.
Morgenmads buffeten var meget pakket og skuffede lidt hotellets standard tager i betragtning.
Det er et stort plus at hotellet ligger så centralt som det gør.

The location of the hotel is certainly really flattering and our guests are at a great advantage when they stay in Copenhagen and stay with us. In addition, as you mentioned, we also have a wonderful swimming pool.
I should also mention that we are a hotel with 390 rooms and as such, of course, there is a peak moment during breakfast when we have the most guests.
This certainly does not mean that our guests lack choice or that they do not have a place to sit down and enjoy excellent home-made food for a great start to the day.

Hotellet er flot og stilfuldt, akustikken i foyeren er dårlig når der spilles højt musik og gæster sidder og taler ved bordene. Hvilket vi oplevede. (et øjeblik troede vi, at vi var ankommet til Joy and juice)
Hotellet er i Danmark og vi mødte ikke en eneste dansktalende personale.
Værelserne er smukt indrettet, men ikke ret store. (havde valgt et værelse med king size seng).
Det er spændende at gå rundt og se de smukke gamle bevarede materialer på hotellet.
Vi nåede ikke poolen, da vi havde forstået på forhånd, at vi skulle betale 300 kr. pr. pers. for adgang. Da vi ankommer til hotellet får vi forståelsen af, at vi har adgang en time, men tidspunktet skal bookes på forhånd??? (på grund af sprog vanskeligheder, ved jeg ikke om dette er korrekt)
Lækker morgenmad som indeholder hverken for meget, eller for lidt. Morgenmads tidspunkt skal også bookes på forhånd.
Det er ikke nemt, at finde ledige parkeringspladser nær hotellet.

I am glad to hear that you liked the style of the hotel and the beautiful architecture.
I would like to look back at some of your comments and mention that before arriving at the hotel, all our guests receive an email with a confirmation of the reservation, where it is clearly mentioned what is included in the stay.
All reservations, without exception, include the use of the pool for 1 hour per day. It includes a sauna, while the gym is available 24 hours a day.
Before arriving at the hotel, you receive a message with a link to which you can enter and see all this information.
After your check-in is done, you will also receive a message on the phone number you gave us and again there you have the opportunity to see that you have the use of the pool included, that you need to book in.
We certainly help every guest if there is any difficulty, and I have no doubt that if you brought up any concerns the team would react immediately.
I would like to point out that Copenhagen is a wonderful metropolis that values diversity, and that is why we, and the hotel chain, have so many employees who do not speak Danish fluently.
We certainly have colleagues who are Danish and I repeat again that if in any case you have expressed that you do not understand the language or the instructions, we would certainly make sure that you are comfortable.
In addition, the link you receive and even the emails is with an option in Danish.
