I am delighted to say that our new Brand, The Resident was created by listening to guests and our team members. It was created to reflect our genuine heartfelt appreciation for our guests and a name that puts the guest at the heart of our brand. The Resident also reflects that our teams can offer tailored advice to unlock the neighbourhood for those who are visiting, whilst the hotel is also a home from home for regular guests where there is a mutual, respectful familiarity.
