My husband & I were in Japan for four months & learned more from Chef Yukio Yamanaka in 2 hours than we did during our entire time there. A connoisseur of “Omotenashi.” We felt honored that he took the time to explain the dishes, the history of how the food was sourced & more. This is a MUST eat here restaurant.
