Vi har brugt en række Premier Inns. Didcot priser meget varmt med fantastisk samarbejde, venlighed og glæde hos personalet. Bekvemt beliggende for at besøge the Great Western Railway museum, og til Oxford og de omkringliggende områder.

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to review our Oxford South (Didcot) Hotel. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your experience staying with us as it was not up to the standards you were expecting. We aim to ensure every stay is perfect and so I apologise we let you down on this occasion. It is disappointing to hear your stay was spoilt by your room being too hot. As we don't yet have air conditioning installed at our hotel we have measures in place including thinner sheets and fans to help keep the room cool so it's very sad these weren't able to help on this occasion. We do advise on our website that this hotel does not have air conditioning so that guests can make informed decisions before making a booking. In future, if you wanted to book a hotel with air conditioning, look out for the symbol with a snowflake which indicates the hotel has air con facilities. Please be assured your feedback has been passed on to the Manager of the hotel for their consideration. I am also sorry to hear you had a poor experience in the Beefeater restaurant next door. We would certainly encourage you to contact Beefeater directly with your feedback. Are you dog friendly
This place is not fit even for a dog. My visit there was an absolute disaster. The room was on the ground floor, very small and dark. There were several bloodstain marks on the quilt cover and the bathroom looked dirty.The meal there was absolutely rubbish, cold, tasteless and not looking at all appetising. When I asked for parmesan, the waitress didnt' have a clue what I was on about and I ended up with grated cheddar. It was so bad that I made a formal complaint and got my money back. Good luck to you if you still chose to spend the night there

Hi Jacqui, The bus stops used to catch buses into Oxford are approx a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Our Reception team can provide directions if you speak to them during your stay. Thanks! Kind regards, Rebecca

Is there anywhere to store bicycles?
Hi Liam B, You are able to store your bicycle in your room providing that it is clean or alternatively the hotel do have a outside bike shelter available. Regards Aidan The Premier Inn Team
