We are sad to hear that you and your family did not thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. Thank you for bringing this matter into our attention and we apologize for the fact that occasionally there are some minor maintenance issues that we constantly work on. I would like to reassure you that we have major plans to work on the pool side in the near future as well as constantly updating the varieties of the procedures at the spa. We do have a variety of coffee that you can choose from including different brand options, I am sorry that you were not given the opportunity to personally select but I can reassure you that I will pass on the feedback to our F&B in charge to brief the team and remind them accordingly. To be honest I am a bit surprised to hear your comments about the food as our head chef has unsurpassed reputation, he has also won many food competitions and we constantly randomly spot check his food. Once again on behalf of the entire team I would like to apologise that we did not fully meet your expectations. Lejligheden var stor, meget rent, faciliteter godt, god mad, vi havde en særlig middag med levende musik lørdag aften. Alt var bare perfekt. Hotellet ligger i nærheden af søen Kleptuza, væk fra Velingrad i en stille omgivelser.

Regarding the "SPA" centre, you seem to refer to our wellness area, which has an outdoor pool scheduled for 2017. Our SPA, wellness and balneo area is on 3000 sq. m. and as such is the biggest in Velingrad. It is more than strange cleaning lady to take money for it. I think is not normal somebody to take money except reception, bar, restaurant or some cash manager. If you didn't receive and ticket from fiscal machine it seems like somebody takes money for himself or herself. I hope it is enough as opinion but if not let me know.
