We are working very hard at bringing all aspects of our hotel up to par with the expectations of our guests. It is important for us to be able to know exactly how guests are feeling about our facility and the services that we are offering so that we know which areas of the hotel that we need to work on and focus on so that we can begin to turn the perception of our hotel around. We are under new management and are continually looking for ways to improve ourselves. Dear Sharon C, Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience at our hotel and your time visiting Cincinnati. I am glad that you were able to have a good experience attending the Cincinnati Reds game, and seeing some of the other places around the city. However, in regards to the double booking of hotel rooms, I would suggest in the future to book directly with the hotel that you are staying with to potentially avoid the confusion with accidentally booking more than one room. It is easier to deal with any issues that you may encounter if you do not have to work with the hotel and a 3rd party booking site. Nonetheless, I am glad to know that you did enjoy your time in Cincinnati, because that is also important to us that you enjoyed whatever it was that you initially came to do and in your case the Reds game. So hopefully you will think to stay with us again in the future the next time you come to see a Reds game.

Dear Katlyn H, I am sorry for the issue that you went through in regards to your reservation with our hotel through the use of TripAdvisor. Although I cannot advise using or not using a third party booking site as in TripAdvisor I can say that their are always different rates all over the web on all of these types of websites that could potentially be less than what other sites show that can persuade you to chose different ways of booking. The advise that I would give to you in the future and other potential guests is to make sure you read all of the small details when making reservations, because many times when you see a lower rate, they will be an advanced purchase rate type. This in return means that your card is charged up front and then as a result is a non cancelled, and refundable reservation which is more of the reason that a discounted rate will be showing. Unfortunately we have to stick to these standards with all of our reservations and cannot take it by a person to person basis. I hope that perhaps another time we can have you as our guest.
