I wanted you to know that we are currently under a few Modernizing projects for the hotel elevators and guest rooms. Meget skuffende hotel for en gårdhave. Hotellet har brug for at blive opdateret og rengjort. Elevatoren var den dag jeg var der ikke virkede. Badeværelset havde pletter på loftet og ventilatoren var dækket af fnuller.

I know that I would be upset after a long day to have to walk the stairs. Please accept my apology for this inconvenience we are modernizing our elevator to better suite needs and safety of our guest in the future. I hope that you will give our property another chance. It looks like we have fallen a little short of a perfect stay with your experience. I will be following up with the Housekeeping department to make sure we are checking the balconies with a fine comb. I would be let down if I found a beer bottle on my balcony.
