While we are happy to hear you enjoyed yourself, found our cleanliness to be top notch, our super comfy beds and had a great dining experience we are truly sorry to hear about the oversights mentioned above. We take full responsibility for scheduling a power washing cleaning during this time. It wasn't the right time to complete such a task and we are sorry. Additionally, we are sorry for the inconsistencies you experienced with regards of the pool and Lobby Bar service. These aren't the norm and have been addressed. Yes, they offer room service. And if you eat out and want to chill left overs; rooms have a tiny stocked fridge with beverages and snacks for sale. Enjoy. You will get a choice of wine in a glass upon arrival...red white or rose
