Ønskede et spabad men fik et boblebad. Jeg havde brug for, for at rengøre det før du går ind. Badekar var dejlig og dysserne fungerede. Men det tog timer at tømme. Jeg rapporterede problemet, men det var ikke ordnet. Bed om coach var heller ikke anvendelig.

Dejlig størrelse værelse med at åbne vinduet. Transport til lufthavnen var god. Ingen varmt vand til aften og morgen brusebad, men var ikke at vide, at der var et problem. Vi gik glip af inkluderet morgenmad, så det lukkede kl. 09.00 . Ville have været bedre, hvis de havde

We share our shuttle with other hotels in the area, and it goes to each terminal to collect passengers for all of the hotels. We would only be spending one night but need parking for 13 nights, is there an additional fee for this parking? Also, is there an elevator?
Parking is not a problem! Lot out back. Yes they have an elevator.

Hello, We do not have a pool onsite. If you are looking to use the pool for exercise purposes. We do have a partnership with a local Aquatics Club. It is with the Burlingame Aquatic Club. It won't let me share the link for the program on here but if you contact us directly we will be happy to give you more details.

Is the airport shuttle available 24 hours?
Hi Carol, Thank you so much for reaching out to us. Our shuttle runs from 4 AM to 12 AM so it is not 24 hours. Here are the instructions from our website regarding scheduling the shuttle. Hotel Shuttle After you pick up your luggage, please proceed outside and follow the airport signs to the Hotel Courtesy Shuttle area. Once there, use the phone in the waiting booth to dial 13 to be connected to the hotel or call the hotel at 1-800-862-8839. Look for Classic Shuttle with the Days Inn San Bruno logo on the side. Shuttle pickup schedule is from 4am to midnight and is on call. You can schedule a drop off to airport when you check in at front desk. . *Please note, check in time is 4pm - If you arrive before 4pm the shuttle may take a little longer than expected due to dropping off passengers. Please also note, our shuttle service in contracted out and is used by other hotels in our area as well. If you have any further questions please feel free to reach out to us. We look forward to your stay.
