I came across this location of VRBO. I was happy with the location. Grounds were beautiful. It was walking distance to Venice Beach. The check in was a little bit tricky. Finding the right parking garage was tricky too. Other than that, the room was great and had everything. I'd stay here again.
The apartments themselves are really nice, great location, fully equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedroom. The negative is the terrible customer service I received throughout but more so since returning from my holiday. Despite advertising as a two bed apartment, I find it very strange that a duvet is not provided for the sofa bed - which was their response at the time! Lots of fitted sheets but no duvet?! I have since been billed $100 for alleged damage notified after 8 days since checking out. Still waiting for customer services to actually engage in conversation, send me evidence of such damage and respond to emails. They have my money so why should they! This whole experience has taken the shine off a great holiday. Be wary when using this company.
