A friend bought me a one night staycation and it included the spa. Having already said how good the hotel was the Spa was a full body massage by Aji who was very professional and got his elbow into all the bits that hurt. Came out of the treatment feeling good and like a bowl of jelly. That evening I must have had the best nights sleep in one of the most comfortable rooms in Doha.
Stayed at Al Jasra for 4 weeks for work. First week we were in Quarantine then we were free. Beautiful boutique hotel staff really looked after us so well during our stay. We arrived to receive a Beautiful upgraded room with a balcony which came in very handy during Quarantine. We were full board the first week the staff brought us copious amounts of good food 3 times a day. Exercise in the room was a must. For the remaining 3 weeks we had the freedom of the Beautiful city of Doha and all of what Qatar had to offer. We found the people to be amazing and treated us really well. I was lucky to have my birthday on the last day of staying here and the staff couldn't do enough for me. Gifts, lovely meal amazing cake and decorated my room stunningly. A huge thank you to all the staff team, managers House keeping waiters and reception and we look forward to staying soon again…
Tijdens onze cruise kregen wij met de gids de gelegenheid om dit geweldige Hotel te bewonderen. Een Parel onder de Hotels denk ik, Mijn neef Walter Colijn,als Travelcounsellor verkoopt reizen en wist dat dit Hotel hoog staat op menig lijstje om te gaan verblijven
I was coming to Doha to see the museum and also try out Qatar Airways' Qsuite on the way. I did a fair amount of hotel research and Al Jasra seemed to offer a different, more localized take on luxury. So, I made a reservation online and also sent them a question via their online form. It was like sending things to outer space. There was no confirmation, no email, no reply, nothing. I looked on their website, and their parent's Tivoli Hotels, but there is no email address and no 800 number for folks residing in the US. So, I tried the online form again a week or so later, again crickets. How can you say you're a five-star hotel and not provide any means of communication? How do you stay in business if you don't respond to reservation requests? This is crazy.
Dette er stedet at slappe af i Doha! Gå til Souq Waqif og bo i et af de 9 smukke hoteller i Boutique-gruppen! Dette er bedre end den høje del af Doha. Særlig tak til Haroon, der introducerede os inden for kunsten at arabisk kaffe - oplevelse! Dejlig fyr, hjælpsom og omsorgsfuld for nye gæster. Mange tak
