Værelset var meget ren & meget nær fra Haram. Bedste sted at bo der specielt med familie. Awesome Room Feature, Alle Haram Azan Live lyt i rum højttaler. Taxa service fra Hotel til Madina er meget luksus og økonomisk.

Et dejligt sted at bo i Mekka. Stedet er tæt på Haram og også tilgængeligt for mange spisesteder. Vi havde opholdt sig 2 nætter og værelset var yderst behagelig. En særlig tak til hr. Ahmed Al Badr for at tage vare på vores komfort. Han gik en ekstra længde for at opgradere

Hotels is perfect for elderly, it’s within the Makkah shopping centre clock tower. What that means is you use one lift the hotel reception go down to 2nd floor and walk less then 50 yards and your opposite the Abdul AZIZ gate of Harem mosque and will see the mosque. Your near courtyard within less than one minute. The arrival by taxi will be take you to the basement entrance where Bell boys collect your baggage and tell you to go up lifts to 9 floor I reception lobby . It depends on availability but ask for rooms with view of harem and explain you need separate rooms for ladies as they need there own space. They may give you a one bed apartment but try getting a two bed one . Mother in laws and Mum can have a room each and you sleep in the living room

Yes, they do have electric kettle in the room in addition to bottles of water. Tea & coffee as well!

Is there an ATM nearby the hotel in particular Ar Rhaji?
Yes cash machine is outside of the hotel, shopping mall level two once out of escalators turn towards escalators nearby and there are cash machines which can be used

In my opinion not any more . I did pay the fine last year for $525 . 00 but that was only for month of nov 2016 . They waved that fine from dec 2016 . Please check their website for further assistance .
