Lige i hjertet af byen, fremragende beliggenhed. Betjent parkering skal du rejse med bil @ 20 per nat. Lidt skuffet over Værelset, lidt træt på steder, men generelt, meget ren. Måske ikke hotellet for dig, hvis du er en lys sovekabine, det er jo jo et centrum hotel og med det

The Housekeeping issues will definitely be addressed with the Head Housekeeper and the team here as this is certainly not how we aim to deliver our usual high standards each day. I am pleased to read that Emma and Andrew were most professional and did their best in helping to resolve the issues. I have personally thanked them for their professionalism. Skal ændre værelse klokken 2 på grund af støj. Fik nye rum, men ingen hjælp til at flytte ting. Morgenmad kunne være tidligere for at imødekomme dem med tidlige starter. Aftenmenuer er ikke gode, hvis de spiser sunde. Receptionist og servitricer var meget hjælpsomme og høflige

Eftermiddagste var stor værdi for pengene. De oprindelige siddepladser var temmelig kaotiske da vi ankom, men da dette blev sorteret, nød vi grundigt vores te. Kager og scones var lækre og vi nød også et glas prosecco.

Folks: I didn't eat any dinners at the Hilton Hotel, so I cannot comment on the offerings. I ate dinners at the local restaurants within a couple of blocks of the hotel. I only saw one restaurant in the Hotel; it is the place where breakfast is served in the morning, and lunches and dinners later in the day. In order to get to the restaurant, you walk through a bar/cocktail lounge area. My experience has always been that if you book a room for three people and pay the additional costs for breakfast, then the one amount covers all three persons staying in the room. I never opted for the dinner option, but I imagine its the same. I would call the hotel directly and get them to explain so there is no misunderstanding later. Good travels if you get a chance, drive about 40 miles to Scarborough - on the seacoast, very nice indeed

Hi there, When you upgrade to the deluxe room each person gets a drink voucher for the bar (1 per person per night) Rules: “no doubles”

Does this hotel have an Executive Lounge?
I don't believe it does, didn't see one and wasn't mentioned to me by the staff.

Is there free on site parking or is it pay and display nearby
There is a pay and display where we left our car - it was free because we had a disabled badge. I felt safe leaving it though. In the morning there was a box of fresh fruit and veg left outside a shop beside the car park and it was there for over an hour before it was moved the shop owner. If you can leave fresh food outside a doorway with out it getting stolen you stand a good chance with the car. Really lovely hotel though. Beautiful city.
