perfekt beliggenhed i forhold til strand, butikker og centrum. Slidt og vores rum var ikke helt rent, men god service hvor personalet reagerede venligt på vores henvendelse og rettede det med det samme. Super stor og god seng.

I was disappointed to read your room did not meet your expectation when you stayed, I am pleased to confirm that our ongoing in house refurbishment programme is to be carried on this year this will see another 60 of our older bed rooms and bathrooms refreshed and up dated. Som en mors dag gave havde min mor og jeg købt en spa-ferie på Hilton Metropole Brighton, som bare blev værre og værre, efter hundrevis af telefonopkald for at reservere vores ferie kom tiden endelig til at tage af sted!! Godt, ved ankomsten var check-in langsom, vi kom til

Dear Guest, Thank you for your recent review on Trip Advisor. I am sorry that on this occasion we did not meet your expectations during your stay with us back in June 2011. Having checkedin to your reservation, I can see that your Spa weekend voucher was booked via a third party. The terms and conditions of the voucher state that all beauty treatments must be made in advance of your arrival with our Spa. Since your visit to the hotel, we have reviewed our procedures to ensure that all future reservations for Spa breaks are contacted by the Spa to make guests appointments prior to arrival. We are pleased to advise you that our ongoing refurbishment peogramme continues this year which will see more bedrooms and bathrooms being refreshed and updated to the Hilton standard. I would also like to thank you for taking the time to communicate the areas of how your expectation where not meet with our Guest Relations Manager whilst you were at the hotel. Our records show that an outcome was agreed which had also been accepted. Min kone reserveret 2 tilstødende værelser for en overnatning for os og min ældre mor. Vi valgte hotellet for sin centrale beliggenhed, havudsigt og på parkeringspladsen på stedet. Vi brugte ikke hotellets faciliteter undtagen restauranten til morgenmad så kan ikke kommentere

Dear snooker147147, Thank you for your enquiry regarding the drinks prices, in our Waterhouse Bar Wine by the glass 175ml Red, White & Rose - starts at about £5.90 and goes up to £8.90 250ml from £7.90 - £12.50 Bottles from 23.00 - £36.00 depending on the wine you order. Cocktails start at £8.50 - £12.50 Spirits start at £5.00 - £10.00 excluding mixers Whisky £5.00 - £18.00 excluding mixers Brandy £5.00 - £28.00 excluding mixers Liquers £4.00 - £6.00 Bottle Beers and Ciders - £4.50 - £5.00 Draught Beer & Cider £5.50 - £6.00 There will also be a bar in the wedding breakfast area and prices will be about the same. Dear Alainechristian, Thank you for contacting me with your enquiry. I can confirm that any guest wishing to have a take away delivered, must collect from the delivery driver personally from the hotels lobby. We do not allow delivery drivers on to the guest floors, but delivery drivers must have the full name of the guest that they are delivering to. If a delivery is after 11pm and the driver does not have the guests full name to check the guest is staying at the hotel they will not be allowed in to the hotel lobby.
