Fantastisk beliggenhed - god værdi simpelthen fantastisk service hele vejen rundt. Personalet var opmærksomme på alle spørgsmål. Værelset var rent og rummeligt. Morgenmaden var en bonus med varm mad. Valuta for pengene hele vejen rundt.

Det ser ud til, at hotellet har renoveret for nylig. Ikke rent værelse, men hotellets indgang var lidt skræmmende. Ingen parkering på forsiden men også har meget begrænset parkering på tilbage, men de har sikret parkering ved siden af den, og det er fantastisk. Alt i alt var i

do they still have a shuttle to the cruise port?cost?
Sorry, I hit enter before I was done. The first bit was for getting to the airport. Getting to the cruise port is a bit more of a challenge. While this hotel is a close stay if you are doing an overnight stay between flight and embarkation, it is a "hike" to the cruise port locations in Vancouver. There are twe ports in Vancouver. One is at the Canada Place Centre right downtown and the other is at the Ballentyne Pier. Travel from the hotel to Canada Place can be done via taxi, and/or Canada Line subway/sky train. The hotel shuttle would take you back to the airport and then it is much better to simply get on the Canada Line. It takes about 20-25 minutes from YVR to Waterfront station (terminus station) . Check the Canada Line web site for more details. The trip is around $8.00 per person one way and you can drag your luggage onto the Canada Line. (lots of room) It was designed to help air passengers get from YVR to downtown faster and cheaper. A taxi will cost you around $50-70 CDN depending on time of day/traffic and # of bags. It is also a 30-60 min taxi ride depending on traffic. The walk from Waterfront to Canada Place is about 10 minutes (2 blocks) and most of it can be via underground tunnels. You can pop up to the surface street right at the entrance to the underground ramp to the cruise port or stay in the underground system and come out right in Canada Place. Traffic is bad during embarkation and debarkation times. (not recommended if you are in a taxi $$$$) If you are leaving from Ballentyne Pier you should take a taxi from Waterfront station to the Pier.(only way in unless you have a vehicle) Waterfront to Ballentyne is about 10 minutes by Taxi. They have upgraded the terminal there so it is much better than it was originally. On the way back to YVR from either port I would recommend the Canada Line. Much easier and cheaper. Go onto google maps and check the routes and ports before you travel. Canada line runs from around 05:30 am to around 1:00 am each day. It also gives you a bit of a panorama view of the city when you leave the airport. Quite pretty. On the way to the airport make sure you get on the Canada Line train that takes you to YVR and not Bridgeport. There is a split around the airport zone and the wrong train will take you to Richmond, not YVR. There are even minute marker lighted signs at the station telling you when the next train is. Handy. Hope this helps.

I arrived after midnight. In the arrivals area near the exit there was a board with a listing of the hotels and a phone to call. I called the hotel and they sent a shuttle. I waited near the ohone, not in the area for buses that someone else described. It might be different since I went US to Toronto to Vancouver and probably was in domesric arrivals. It was a 10 minute wait. The shuttle was not specific for this hotel - the one they sent took a group to another hotel first. That may have been only because it was so late at night. When I arrived at the hotel, I could see that they had a shuttle with the hotel markings on it parked

My room didn't have a jetted tub. I'm not really interested in such things anyway. I agree with LJMarshall's advice. Contact the hotel directly.
