Da vi ankom til dette, dejlige rolige hotel, blev vi mødt af en sød lille portier..... vi blev henvist til store flotte værelser hvor hun venligt oplæste reglerne for værelset. Vi konstaterede at der ikke var håndsæbe og sma håndklæder, kun badehåndklæder og poolhåndklæder. På

Hello Kenneth, Thank you so much for your feedback as well as for your effort to take advantage from the hotel as much as you can. I would like to clarify what for of you have done at our hotel and made our hotel staff so scared and they didn't really want to e closed to all of you. 1. When you had breakfast all of you always take everything the hotel served and never ever left for others and you never ever cared whether others would have something to eat. It look like you didn't need to have lunch or dinner at all for the whole day after you had breakfast at our hotel. And if you ate all then it was alright but the problem that you took more than what you needed and there were much left over on the plate everyday and you never ever feel shamed or guilty of taking too much food any single day and you always do this everyday from the first day until the last day. It made other people had nothing to eat if they came to have breakfast at the same time with you . Also the reason the restaurant is closed to the toilet, due to the hotel just want the guests to be comfortable if they would like to use the toilet so they don't need to walk too far or walk back to their room. It should be good for all guests and it is pretty normal in every hotel. By the way, If you saw the staffs came out from the toilet and didn't watch their hand then it is wrong. 2. You claimed that you were supposed to get free mini bar everyday but in your booking from hotels.com it never ever said that you would get free mini bar everyday,. It was only mentioned you would have free mini bar when you made a booking. Other people who booked this hotel and get the same values added like you when the hotel staffs added free mini bar in their room they were little surprised and said Thank you due to they have booked this hotel because the hotel is nice and they never ever booked this hotel because they wanted to have free mini bar everyday like you. 3. The hotel's housekeeping always leave 2 waters in your room everyday but you still came to the reception and claimed that you didn't get water. So after the reception gave you 2 water and she informed you that from now on she would double checked with the housekeeping and make sure you get the 2 waters everyday. On the next day it was so surprised to see that you returned those 2 waters. May be you just feel shame or feel guilty fr what you have informed he reception. By the way, when you checked out one of you went back to the room after you left the room like 30 minutes already and he informed that he forgot the water in the room so after took all 4 waters from the room then he didn't need to buy water again. I am wondering if the water is so expensive in Thailand. It is only baht 7 for one bottle and baht 7 is nothing here and also in Denmark. 4. You rented a hotel scooter and used for the whole day and asked for the refund when you returned it and said that the hotel was not good. So the reception returned you the baht 250 because she didn't want to fight with you but she knew in her mind that that bike was good when you rented. After you returned that bike the reception rented it out to 2 more people and asked them whether is good enough to rent both of them said it was really and no problem at all. So that means the problem was not from the bike but it was from you because you didn't want to pay for the rent and just want to use it for free. 5. Also you rent one bike from the hotel and one more bike the hotel took from another shop closed to the hotel, when you returned the first bike you rented from the hotel the reception has already asked it the second one was not good too and you said ti was really good no problem at all. But when you returned the second one why you asked for the refund again. I think you have tried to take advantage from anywhere you can. it is not nice and it ruin the Danish Reputation. I can say that since I have been working for this hotel for 12 years I have never seen Danish guests like you guys. All of them are always nice and kind. 5.Regarding to the Island trip that you asked the reception to book, she informed that she didn't dare to book for your guys because she was afraid that after you came back from the trip you would asked for refund again and she would get in trouble and she needed to pay for you so that was why she asked you to book from agent in Ao Nag. It is not so common here that the hotel does not want to help the guests but if the guests had tried to take advantage from the hotel then it is not worth to help them. . 6. Last thing, when you said that Ms. Bhiraya was annoying it is because because she a;ways know your thought and she didn't believe in everything you tried to tell her. Anyway, I still would like to thank you for staying at our hotel but please think about what have done wrong to the hotel staffs too. If you would like to tell everyone about the hotel then you should have said everything like what you have tried to take advantage from the hotel too.

Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback and I would to like to clarify as followings. 1.Regarding to the free mini bar, it was only said on hotels.com that free minibar included but it has never ever said that the guest would get free mini bar everyday.so that is why you only got one time when you checked in. The hotel did the same with other guests who made the booking from hotels.com and they got the same promotion as you. Also No one never ever complaint about this value added that the hotel and hotels.com added in hotel booking. It was just a free mini bar that the hotel offers to the guest so you should not complaint for what you got for free from the hotel. If the hotel advertised that you would get free mini bar everyday and you didn't get then you could complain. 2. Regarding to the glass in the hotel room, when the housekeeping was about cleaning your room she saw one glass was broken in the trash basket but there were still 2 glasses in your room so that was why the housekeeping and the reception was surprised to see. Then the reception asked whether you took a glass from the restaurant due to the restaurant never locked the cabinet where the hotel keep all glassed so anyone can take a glass from there. Also the reason that it is not locked due to the hotel trust the guests and never thought that the guests would take a glass from there. Finally you were the one who informed the hotel and housekeeping that you took the glass from your friend 's room . 3. Regarding to free water in the room, the housekeeping always leave 2 waters in your room everyday but you still complaint that she didn't do it and came to the reception to ask for the 2 waters so the reception gave you and informed you that from now on she would double check with the housekeeping and make sure that you got the free 2 waters everyday. After that in the next morning you came to the reception and returned those 2 waters. So that meant actually the housekeeping left 2 waters for you but you claimed that you didn't get it. 4.Regarding to the bike rental, the hotel took one bike from the shop not too far from the hotel for you due to there was no more bike left for you. when I asked you how the bike was, you said it was alright but when you returned the bike you informed the shop that the bike was not good and you wanted to get a refund like your friend got from our hotel but t was so lucky that the shop didn't give the refund like our hotel did when you claimed that bike was not good . By the way, the hotel 's bike that your friend took for the whole day and claimed that it was not good. from the hotel was really in a good condition due to there were 2 more guests rent that bike after your friend and they never complaint. Actually there was really no problem withe hotel bike at all and it was just the problem that your friend didn't want to pay. Anyway, i Anyway, the hotel would like to say that we always work hard to give the best service to all guests but if some guests like you guys always want to take advantage from the hotel then it is not so fair to the hotel and the hotel staff too. .

Har ikke noget negativt at sige! Damerne i receptionen var altid imødekommende og ville hele tiden hjælpe en...Der var rent på værelserne, lækker pool, morgenmaden var som man kunne forvente. Man kunne også få hjælp til at booke ture på hotellet

Hello, So sorry for my late reply, The hotel is 1 km from Nopparatthara beach, 350 meters from family mart (24 hours shop) and also 700 meters to 7 - 11 (24 hours shop). Also there are few restaurants not to o far from the hotel. The hotel offers the free shuttle bus from the hotel to Aonang beach ( 3 km) 6 times a day from 9 am to 7 pm and the pick up is offered 5 times a day from Aonang beach back to the hotel from 11.15 am to 7.15 pm

Thank you so much for your question but I didn't really see those vdo yet. I have tried to look from youtube today but I could not see it. So it would be very nice if you show me those vdo turn I can clarify what you doubt about my hotel. Regarding to The cleanliness I don't think my hotel is dirty like some people said and if you are not sure about my hotel feel free to read reviews from many site like tripadvisor or Expedia and so on but keep in your mind that some peole booked my hotel as 3.5 - 4 star hotel but they expected to have a 5 star hotel and when they did not get what expected then they ended up with complaints and something was true while something was not true. like myself if AI would like to book some hotel I will read all reviews and consider which one is more between good and bad.
