Vi ankom 8 pm og der var ingen vand - de slået det på - vi forlod at gå ud kl 21 og returneres kl 2 - der var ikke noget vand, toilettet fungerede ikke på grund af mangel på vand og kunne derfor ikke flush - stadig ingen vand da vi var nødt til at forlade klokken 9 - vi klagede

Hi Lesley, I am so sorry to hear of your situation with the water, but that was a problem that we addressed to the best of our ability. We explained to you when you arrived that the west end was suffering from a water shortage, thus the water was not running from the tap continuously. however, because we have a full tank we can pump the water as needed, but the pump cannot be run continuously, so it is run as needed for our guests. When you arrived we ran the pump and you were able to get ready and go out. The next morning when you requested it, it was run again The problem arose because you arrived after the Gift Shop (which processes our credit cards) was closed, so we asked you to pay the next morning instead, And because you did not want to pay for your stay (2 rooms), even though we apologized and gave you a further 30% discount, and we had to threaten to call the police, you threatened us with a bad review. You and your friends enjoyed our facilities, services and everything else, but wanted to cop a free stay! Sorry, but we have a Guest Reward program for that....

Fantastisk feriedestination! Venlig, imødekommende personale. Rimelige priser i baren og spisesalen. Det store og hele Royal Hummingbird mandskab var meget gæstfri og jeg kan ikke vente med at komme tilbage til Negril til at tilbringe en del tid. Jeg ville helt sikkert anbefale

Jeg boede på dette vidunderlige hotel på den vestlige ende af Negril på klipperne. Personalet var fantastisk. Vores værelse inkluderede morgenmad hver morgen. Folk var varm og venlig. Vi var i stand til at tage flotte gåture på ejendommen, masser af frugttræer som f. eks. ackee

Jeg har boet her i 14 nætter, og havde en fantastisk tid, hvis du vil have en ægte Jamaica oplevelse her. Derek og Gary er den bedste personlige service til når man bor her din familie. Værelserne er meget rene og helt fint. Hvis der er problemer vi kørte på tværs blev der taget

Are you far from Negril beaches?
Hi there! We are directly across the street from the ocean, and only about a 7 to 10 minute ride to the famous 7 mile beach area.

Good morning, We are actually located about 5 minutes from Rick's Café, and about 10 minutes drive from Downtown Negril. Wheelchair rental is available. I will have to reconfirm prices and get back to you.

Good morning, The Royal Hummingbird Resort has changed management since August 1, 2015. Unfortunately, your reservations was sent to the previous company representative, Ms Jacqueline Samuels, who later forwarded it to us, but we had already sold out for your requested dates. I have also spoken with your direct travel agent and explained the circumstances as well. We are booked out by a group whom we had here last year when we had just opened.
