Vi havde lejet en hytte her i september for en gruppe af venner. Jeg er ikke sikker på hvor mange, men vi havde en indendørs pool og jeg er temmelig sikker på det er det eneste. Mens hytter er rustikke, det var fantastisk! Masser af plads, alle de køkkenting, vi kunne få brug for

Jeg har lige boet på Tyroler landsby med nogle venner over Victoria dagen lang weekend.
Vi havde bestilt dette chalet måneder i forvejen og havde alle ser frem til at komme væk. Det her er blevet til et mareridt for flere mennesker. Jeg har haft nedenstående problemer:

Thank you for taking the time to submit your review. There are always 2 sides to every story, In this case the customer threatened our company that they would post very bad reviews about their stay if we did not give them a refund in excess of what they paid for the chalet. Their actual request for compensation was approximately $3,000 on a chalet that they rented for $2,295 + tax for 16 people / 3 nights. The facts, the customer checked into the 6 bedroom chalet early Friday evening and there were no issues with the chalet rental or the functioning of the septic system. In fact I called the customer after they checked in to give him the free WIFI password and he thanked me. Early Saturday evening (24 hours after check in) we received a message that there was an issue with the plumbing system. Within 20 minutes of receiving the message our maintenance personnel were on site to assess the problem. The septic line from the toilet to the septic bed outside was completely plugged and water had backed up in the plugged line and leaked through the washroom floor to the basement level. Maintenance recognized immediately that the line had been plugged and using a “wormer” line inserted it into the septic line and broke up what appeared to be a very large amount of toilet paper that had plugged the line and cause the backup. Six rolls of toilet paper were left for the customer at check in time, inside the chalet and when the maintenance was cleaning up the washroom after unplugging the septic line there did not appear to be any rolls of toilet paper in the bathrooms. Asked about this at check out the customer said they had taken the toilet paper downstairs for Kleenex. Maintenance after unplugging the septic line stayed for an additional 2 hours and completely cleaned the washrooms and basement area. Within a short time one of the guests within group sent a message that he had found a condo to rent because a few members of the group did not want to stay in the chalet and asked if we would cover the cost. We agreed to this request and we thought we understood that the cost of the additional condo that was rented was going to be around $580 in total for the remaining 2 nights of their stay, at checkout they presented a bill for $1,300 for the 2 nights they rented the condo, not $580 as agreed. The balance of the group continued to stay in the chalet for the remainder of their trip. On numerous occasions over the rest of the weekend further messages were sent from the customer that they wanted additional compensation and at check out it was made clear that if we did not further compensate them they were going to escalate the issue and relentlessly make sure we paid a price for not compensating them further (In addition to the presented bill of $1,300 for the condo they rented they asked for an additional $1,700 compensation for a total of around $3,000) Initially they claimed that we did not take care of our septic tank that was the reason for the backup and then at checkout they claimed that the pipe was clogged (congealed) that nothing could flow out of the pipe. Yet after the septic line was cleared out Saturday evening of the toilet paper, the system worked perfectly for all of Sunday and Monday morning during their continued occupation of the chalet (a further day and a half they stayed in the chalet with no issues). In conclusion the septic system worked as it is supposed to for 24 hours after check in (Friday evening to Saturday evening) until it was plugged and then after our maintenance unplugged the line it worked for a further approximately day and a half until they checked out without any issues. The customer claimed we were rude to them because we did not agree with their demand of additional compensation in excess of $1,300 and they did not like the fact that our maintenance department made the conclusion that the reason for the septic blockage was caused by their excessive use of toilet paper down the drain which caused a blockage. When they were asked why the line worked perfectly after it was cleared of toilet paper (For the last day and a half) they again complained that the line was full of grease and that they were contractors and had built septic systems. Based on this claim first thing on Tuesday morning we called a local septic services company and asked them to inspect the tank and the line, they concluded that the tank and line were operating normally. Their comment was that it does not matter if you are on a septic system or a municipal sewer system, excessive toilet paper flushed down a toilet will cause a clog. On Saturday evening when the problem occurred and the customer asked if we would cover the cost of the additional condo rented, we agreed to do this. We understood that the cost was around $580. At check out the customer presented a bill for $1,300. Even though we thought this was excessive the customer was REFUNDED this $1,300. In this review the customer claims that they received no compensation. We understand accidents happen and since we agreed to cover his cost for the additional room the customer received the agreed upon amount of $1,300. Just to quickly re state the facts, when the problem arose we responded with maintenance staff within 20 minutes and fixed the problem and stayed after fixing the problem to re clean the chalet. We agreed with the customer to give him some reasonable compensation, even though the cause of the problem most probably was their fault. The customer has requested compensation in excess of the amount of money he paid for the 3 day stay in the chalet. This is not reasonable. We are not opposed to paying him reasonable compensation acknowledging that his trip had some issues. The customer and the majority of his guests (16 people) still had full use of the chalet and all its amenities for the 3 days. (Full kitchen, sauna, deck with gas BBQ, hot tub, ping pong table, etc. at a price of around $60 per person per night.) Regarding some of his specific comments: The chalets are located at the base of Blue Mountain and our private beach is located on Georgian Bay (approximately 3-4 KM from the chalet), The map the customer received at check in which he used to find his chalet also clearly shows Georgian Bay and the location of our private sand beach. Our beach which is one of the nicest in the area is a short drive away from the chalet, at no time have we advertised that our chalets are located on the beach. Since we did not agree to the $3,000 request for compensation by the customer on a chalet that they rented for $2,295 + tax, they are now submitting these reviews. Unfortunately this situation happened, our company though was available almost immediately to rectify the problem and we provided the customer with the agreed compensation for the extra condo rental which amounted to $1,300. Vi boede på et Chalet april 28 , 29 , 30 2017 .
Vi havde en gruppe på 7 piger. Vi boede på et Chalet, sov 14 . Den chalet er ved at blive forældet, men ok. Vi havde også et problem med manglende sengetøj 1 gade nat, men de rettede det. Der var en dæk men ingen Terassemøbler. Pool

Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Your chalet rental was in early Spring and we had not yet put the picnic table back on the deck for the Summer season, we apologize for this oversight. I have also passed on your comments about the dust and ants to our cleaning manager. Regarding the pool table after reading your review I checked it and it was supplied with all the balls, cues, etc. and is in working order. It is not a professional style table but is fully functional for a fun game of pool Tyrolean Village Resorts

Det var vores anden årlige Piger' Weekend på Tyroler Village Resort. Bygningerne er fantastisk, der er masser af plads til alle! Vi havde 9 personer, og masser af plads at sove, men også 3 badeværelser som er fantastiske til damerne! Der var 8 soveværelser, alle med enten 2 enkel

Do guests park at the chalet/cottages, or a main parking lot? Approximately how many parking spots are included with each rental?
At your chalet and I would think 3-4 cars atleast would fit.
