We also used a private transport/guide. Cusco Local Friend. They were WONDERFUL and I can't recommend them enough. You can find them on tripadvisor.

Hi, do call the hotel and try to arrange for travel in advance. I organized my trip with a wonderful agency, if you want the name I can provide it. It’s better with a guide... and I am Colombian... fluent in Spanish, and I still recommend a guide.

A phone call would work as mentioned by John. I contacted them thru FB messenger and they got back to be quickly.

I would phone them. On their web site under Concierge you can find a telephone contact number. I too can’t see an email contact. But you will love this hotel. Regards, John.
