My son would really like a replica viking shield - not a plastic version - when I travel to Aarhus next week. Does anyone have any idea of where I might be able to buy one in Aarhus?

Moesgaard Museumsshop currently sell one type of viking shield at the price of DKK 135. Unfortunately, I do not have a photo of it, but if you visit our museum during your stay, you can see it in the shop.

Alternatively, there is a shop in Aarhus called Dragons Lair - they feature a lot of different costumes and adventure/fantasy gadgets. They might have a shield like the one you are looking for.
