Our experience with this excursion company was very bad. We reserved our excursion from hotel concierge and fully paid for the excursion. We arrived at the pick up site and we’re rudely denied admittance to the tour bus, told we were not on their list, and to move aside for paying guests. I returned to the hotel concierge who phoned the company who confirmed that we had paid, we were on the list for the excursion, but that the tour had left and nothing could be done. Our family had made special plans for this excursion and we feel the tour company treated us rudely and unprofessionally. I would be very cautious before booking with this company.

Llegamos a esta empresa de actividades a través del hotel donde nos hospedamos, la empresa ofrece variada oferta y nosotros nos decidimos por hacer lo que ellos llaman snorkeling (para mí siempre será SNORKEL). La actividad se llevaría a cabo en Santa Ponsa, ellos se encargaron de recogernos en el hotel y llevarnos al club náutico de Santa Ponsa, allí nos hicieron entrega de neopreno y aletas, una vez en el barco nos hacían entrega de gafas y tubo pero perfectamente puedes utilizar tus propias gafas. Una vez salimos en el barco nos llevan a varias zonas en las cuales vamos a hacer la actividad con un monitor que en todo momento está pendiente de todo el equipo e incluso lleva flotador para que no lo perdamos de vista o por si alguno se encuentra mal.
Estupenda la actividad, estupenda la atención y preocupación por el estado de salud de todos, por cualquier mareo o malestar etc.
La actividad dura unas 3 horas aproximadamente.

Sea caves excursion

What an amazing 3 hours. The thrill of a speed boat ride 15 mins there and back was an added bonus to the real purpose of the trip, the caves. We have been through the Caves of Drach before but this was a whole different experience. The guide Jordie was brilliant and put my 11yr old daughter at ease straight away.
The caves were amazing and to have the experience of swimming and walking through them was breathtaking. An absolute must if you are visiting Majorca and I would recommend this rather than the caves of Drach “tourist experience”.

AVOID Excursions Mallorca company, not to spoil hollidays

I book with them Alcudia, Port de Pollensa excursion.
The price was 32 EU. We got nothing for that, we did not visit nor Alcudia nor Port de Polenssa. Gude Carmen was extremlly rude. She did not satisfy any demand od clients, for what was contracted by advertising materials. Instead of Alcudia she brought us to horrible market wit chineese stuff, and leather factory instead Pollensa.
What a shame. ABOVE OF ALL in the bus and boat where people who robber customers. When I have said to guide that someone took my money, she was ignoring it.
At the end of trip I heard from many people that they lived same experience with this company.

I regret the excursion was not of your interest. The excursion that we offer in which you visit Alcudia and the Pollensa port, has as main stop is Formentor. The activity begins with a stop in a traditional market, on Sundays it's the Alcudia market, where you have approximately one hour of free time to visit the market. Then you go to Formentor, where you have two hours off on the beach and half an hour to take photos at the Formentor panoramic viewpoint. Finally, with the boat you go to the Pollensa Port, where you have an other half an hour of free time. We always follow this schedule in all our excursions. If your excursion dind't follow those steps, please, let us know where you booked it to make sure you booked it with our agency and clarify what went wrong.

A very long day, nothing but travelling on different modes of transport just a one hour break for lunch other than that the toilet smoking breaks were ten minutes long, not long enough to queue up for a wee! Not suitable for children or young adults as simple riding through the mountains on a coach. Not enough to keep anyone entertained the precooked boat ride was not on as they said the water was too choppy the truth was the next place of interest had a festival and the port was shut. The boat and tram ride were just ok. Very disappointed for the cost of £140 per couple definitely think twice before throwing your money away.

We are so sorry the excursion has nor been good enough for you. We usually inform to our clients that this excursion lasts all day, because we know it is long, where they have to take different transport ways. It's been thought to be able to see a beautiful but wide extension.

We were picked up at Santa Ponça pier and the boat was about half an hour late. But the waiting was well worth it! The glass bottom boat enable you to see the shallow sea bed area and fish. It stopped at 2 spots for swimming and snorkelling but most of us just stayed on the boat because the weather was quite cold. We also spotted some dolphins! And we also stopped to feed the fish. Lunch was provided. It was fair selection but yummy. It was very refreshing to enjoy the view with Shangria and soft carribean beat in the background.

Отлично организованная поездка!

Отдыхая на Майорке, оплатили через эту турфирму поездку на полдня в Пальму. Впечатления просто супер! Порадовало доброжелательное и приятное отношение сотрудников (готовность отвечать на вопросы, бдительность при неоднократном (!) пересчете туристов во время всей экскурсии, интересная подача информации по достопримечательностям). Программа тура: поездка в Пальму на автобусе, получасовуя прогулка на катере, посещение замка Бельвер (внешняя сторона), арены для боя быков, магазина жемчуга (очень дорого, к тому же, искусственный!) и Кафедрального собора, возвращение в отели. Впечатлений море, рекомендую съездить.

Amazing cave experience

Incredible experience visiting a million year old cave which was amazing, we learnt about stalagmites and stalagtites including how they are formed.
The time inside the cave was the best, we got to crawl through holes and jump into underground lakes which were crystal clear although entering and exiting the cave was a bit scary, we chose a bad day and the sea was incredibly choppy. When the boat stopped we had to jump out in wet suits which kept us afloat whilst the waves were bashing us around, but once in the cave it was the best!
I would recommend for all kinds of people even the claustrophobic.

Johns dad: a semi rigid takes u to the entrance where u then swim to the cave opening which is a small hole partly submerged. Once in it is all wow!

We visited the office in Soller to find out about the activities currently available.
One member of staff in the office on the day we visited was unhelpful and rude. The company are identified in several publications as small but very good. The member of staff in the office on the day we visited reflected very poorly on the company. They treated the enquiries as an annoyance the member of staff barely looked up from the computer whilst speaking to the group.
Communication was in English and Spanish a member of our group speaks fluent Spanish.
The activities of interest were not available.
However the attitude of the member of staff would have made the members of our group think twice about booking anything with this company, if they treat their customers with so much disdain.
A disappointing experience which does not reflect well on the company.
