La manera más rápida es el taxi. No es caro porque tampoco es demasiado lejos. Si buscas algo más barato puedes contratar un servicio de shuttle por internet que sale más barato pero lleva a más gente y hace más paradas. Sino contactar con el servicio de concierge del hotel y preguntar si tienen shuttle propio o te pueden contratar ellos ese servicio.

Picture an indoor ride at Disneyworld or Universal Studios and the cattle bins you wait in to get on the rides. The Wheelhouse is not pretty; there are hallways with cattle rails leading you through the building towards the outside where you get on the pods. You go through standard doors to the outside platform where again there are ropes quarantining the lines and large metal columns everywhere for the wheel. I would say a better option if you're set on getting married there might be to get married in one of the Pods, but it really doesn't take long for it to make it's way around so you would feel rushed from getting on, ceremony and getting off and the pods aren't at all spacious..just my opinion.
