Vi bor i 4 nætter og virkelig fortryder at bo her. Jeg har været i Vegas mange gange og boede i en masse af hotellerne på stripen, alle har bedre service end dette sted. Positives først, udsigten fra værelset er fantastisk, og vi har en terrasse suite med udsigt over fontenen af Bellagio, som er virkelig rart, foto vedhæftet. Hotel ligger perfekt i centrum af båndet, fantastisk beliggenhed til at udforske i begge retninger. Tv har alle de kanaler, kan du oprette forbindelse til Netflix eller streame, hvis du ønsker. Gratis WiFi på værelset og i hele feriestedet, er fladt i nogle områder dog og virker ikke på balkonen. Nu de negative, og der er mange, sandsynligvis for mange for mig at liste dem alle. Vi ankom efter en 4 timers kørsel fra Palm Springs, til en meget lang kø for check-in. Der er ingen anerkendelse for at være en Marriott Bonvoy kunde på dette hotel, vi er guld elite men betyder intet her overhovedet. Selve værelset er en god størrelse, separat opholdsområde med lang sofa og sæder og en stor balkon. Du har en iPad til rumkontrol og til at oprette forbindelse til gæstetjenester, bortset fra at vores ikke virker. Var lovet det vil blive rettet, 2 dage i og stadig ingen løsning. Drejter ned til poolen, vendte væk med “ingen pool håndklæder, så du ikke kan komme ind”. Aldrig oplevet det på nogen hotel overalt i verden og vi rejser meget. Ikke engang en undskyldning, meget uhøfligt personale. Værelset har en jetted badekar, bortset fra selvfølgelig vores ikke virker. Ringede til receptionen, og de sagde, at vi ville sende nogen lige op, en time senere, og ingen kom. Jeg besluttede at gå ned og tale med ledelsen om at tale med nogen om vores erfaringer. Talte til ledelsen, der sagde “vi har givet dig resort kredit, hvad mere ville du have mig til at gøre”. Mit svar var en meget enkel jeg forventer og gerne tingene til at arbejde. Hun forsikrede mig, at de vil få alt rettet. Poolen drives af en anden og ikke hotellet, de vil kommunikere min klage til pool manager, fantastisk. Jeg gik ud for at spise og kom sent tilbage den aften, og badekarret er blevet repareret... eller vi troede det. Hele natten tændte badekarret sig selv, hvilket betyder, at jeg skal vågne og slukke det, ikke en god nats søvn. 2 minutter til at bruge om morgenen, og ikke arbejde igen. Modtaget en tidlig morgen e-mail fra Guest Services Lead, siger undskyld for ubehag, men det er blevet rettet. Har svaret på hende siger det ikke, og jeg giver nu op, ingen svar endnu. Tilbage til vores værelse ved 6 pm har været ude hele dagen, værelse er ikke blevet renset. Talte til rengøring, “dit værelse er stadig på listen skal rengøres”. Igen, en første for mig på ethvert hotel, absolut en formodet high end en. Sidder ved poolen, når vi har gjort det i, forsøger at få en drink er virkelig svært. Mit ærlige råd, bo på nogen af de andre 5 stjernede hoteller på striben, og få den service, du betaler for. Jeg har boet i de fleste af dem, og de er alle bedre.

The five star rating of the Cosmopolitan is deteriorating quickly since to take over of MGM. I had to switch rooms three times, and each time I was told I had to stand in line again. The second room I was put in, had not been cleaned and had clumps of hair and dried vomit in the shower. It looked like someone had urinated on the sofa. It was disgusting.

The pools at the cosmopolitan are now bombarded with young people who are there to party and are not taking proper care of the pool area. The cabana area is not properly cooled and is extremely small for the cost of $1600 USD.

I have stayed at the Cosmopolitan in the past and loved it, but not anymore.

After touring several of the bars in the casino we decided to have a couple of stella beers in the sports bar, which was our surprise that we were charged $15 each.

Yesterday when we used the cashier, there were about 10-12 people waiting in the general line, and we were able to use the VIP line as platinum members. It was unfortunate that Cosmopolitan does not staff properly.
Today, when I went to use the cashier, there was no one in the general line and 5 people in the platinum line. No one in line had a platinum card. When I reached a cashier, I commented on it, and he apologized and said it seemed that no one was enforcing the rule. ?????? Well, if the cashier doesn't do it, who is supposed to do it? Poor training, as well?

We were in Vegas this past weekend and visited The Cosmopolitan. What an absolutely beautiful hotel! The appointment of all the details in design were aesthetically pleasing and luxurious. I loved all of the draping crystals! The staff that we interacted with were all very kind and respectful; however, one gentleman stood out in particular--Melvin. We met Melvin when we needed assistance and he was incredibly helpful! Some of our group were a little inebriated, but that didn't phase Melvin at all--he was always very gracious and professional. He had the patience and kindness of a saint! Melvin really added to the enjoyment of our evening and we really appreciated him going the extra mile for us!

We are staying for 4 nights and really regretting staying here. I have been to Vegas many times and stayed in a lot of the hotels on the strip, all of them have better service than this place.

Positives first, the view from the room is awesome and we have a terrace suite with fountain views of the Bellagio which is really nice, picture attached.

Hotel is located perfectly in the centre of the strip, great location to explore in either direction.

Tv has all the channels, you can connect to Netflix or stream if you want. Free WiFi in room and throughout the resort, is patchy in some areas though and doesn’t work on the balcony.

Now the negatives, and there are many, probably too many for me to list all of them.

We arrived after a 4 hour drive from Palm Springs, to a very long queue for check in. There is no recognition for being a Marriott Bonvoy customer at this hotel, we are gold elite but means nothing here at all.

Room itself is a good size, separate sitting area with long couch and seats and a big balcony. You have an iPad for room controls and to connect to guest services, except our one doesn’t work. Been promised it will be fixed, 2 days in and still no solution.

Headed down to the pool, turned away with “no pool towels so you can’t come in”. Never experienced that at any hotel anywhere in the world and we travel a lot. Not even an apology, very rude staff.

The room has a jetted tub, except of course our one doesn’t work. Called reception and they said we will send someone straight up, over an hour later and no one came. I decided to head down and speak to management about speak to someone about our experiences. Spoke to management who said “we have given you resort credit, what more would you like me to do”. My answer was a very simple I expect and would like things to work. She assured me they will get everything fixed. The pool is run by someone else and not the hotel, they will communicate my grievance to the pool manager, great.

Went out for dinner and came back late that evening, jetted tub has been fixed…or we thought it had. Throughout the night the jetted tub would turn itself on, meaning I have to wake up and turn it off, not a good nights sleep. 2 mins into using in the morning, and not working again. Received an early morning email from Guest Services Lead, saying sorry for inconvenience but it has all been fixed. Have replied to her saying it hasn’t and I now give up, no response yet.

Back to our room at 6pm having been out all day, room hasn’t been cleaned. Spoke to housekeeping, “your room is still on the list to be cleaned”. Again, a first for me at any hotel, definitely a supposed high end one.

Sitting by the pool when we have made it in, trying to get a drink is really difficult.

My honest advice, stay at any of the other 5 star hotels on the strip, and get the service you pay for. I have stayed in most of them and they are all better.

Worth it for a balcony room as we were too tired to go out on an evening. Such a shame though that everyone seems to smoke weed on their balconies which stinks. Meant we had to go in when our neighbours were out and keep the door shut to avoid our room stinking of it. It’s prohibited but it’s not policed anywhere. Grim and for the price we paid it was disappointing. Casino is always very very busy.

This rating has to do with the parking at the resort. It is terrible. I thought getting into the underground parking was difficult, but it was not even comparable on trying to get out of the parking garage. It was so much worse, and it took over 35 minutes to leave the garage. Only one lane to exit and they charge $40 for this horrible service.

Beautiful hotel in a prime location in Vegas.

I requested a checkout at 12 noon instead of 11a.m....just 1 hour BUT an employee called Kenny from Front Desk declined my 1 hour.

However, to my luck a nice, polite employee called Jerrick gave me the 1 hour...late checkout at 12 noon instead of 11a.m...

Then...more GOOD ANGELS...an angel called Sarah (housekeeping supervisor) gave me an extra hour till 1p.m...so nice, polite, helpful.

Also, in the Reception there is a very nice, helpful and hard working employee called Miss Arletha who gave me a high storey room with amazing views of the Bellagio fountains and the Sphere...so beautiful.

Just an AMAZING HOTEL with EXCELLENT EMPLOYEES.

Lavish casino with lively atmosphere inside. The three-story Chandelier Lounge is a signature feature of the casino. Provides the glitz and glamour that Vegas is known for. Very busy even in the early afternoon. This hotel has been an excellent addition to the Las Vegas Strip, and it has been considered the top hotel in the city and was even once named the best hotel in North America.

No business centre no conference rooms to use..even though it states business centre. No coffee machine in room..no bottled water included in room or handed out anywhere...there's a fee of $50 per day which they dont tell you about when you book..when asked what you get for it they cannot tell you...and they cant explain why its separate to the fee you pay cause there are no benefits.
The WiFi absolutely does not work on the balcony and only works in room and the swimming pool stays sunny half a day and all gues start moving to one corner as sun disappears..I assume due to its location. It wasn't as nice inside as any of the other big famous hotels..
The casino floor is not as impressive as the other casinos.
Some good food but again better in other casinos.

Overall certainly would not recommend ...go somewhere nicer...Caesars, bellagio,Venetian....avoid these thieves
