Viaggio con auto da Genova a Porto Torres. Ho sempre diffidato dei Traghetti, volevo fare il viaggio in aereo ad Alghero e poi noleggiare un'auto, Ma nei voli con aerei di piccole dimensioni si può portare solo una piccola valigia e per la vacanza di 20 giorni è veramente poco. La scelta del traghetto peertanto sembre logica.
Cabina a due letti, sporca, puzzolente. Cibo di qualsiasi tipo immangiabile, personale scortese e disinteressato ovunque.
Ma il peggio è stato il ritorno.
Traghetto annullato e trasferita la partenza ad Olbia, come fosse nulla,Zero stelle con avviso il giorno prima via sms. Trovato per miracolo una cabina libera su Moby.
Esperienza che non ripeterò.

Horrível, a pior experiência da minha vida. Barco imundo, staff péssimo, comida não era comestível, casas de banho terríveis e todas sujas. Nem devia ser legal este barco

We used the ferry Barcelona - Genoa on a trip that we had to the Alps with the motorbike, this allows you to save France which is a cane.
The boarding time cheats a little, it gives me the impression that it is generated automatically on the WEB, but in reality it makes you arrive at the Barcelona box office at a time that the box office is closed. We took a cabin, we were two adults. I think they'd used it before and I hadn't had time to clean it. They fixed it quickly, we went to reception and immediately came to clean it all up. We still sleep with our motorcycle clothes on and we don't use our pillows. Food in the restaurant very good, and dinner in the self service also fine.
When it comes to disembarking, it is a bit chaotic, they are warning what number of parking can be accessed, but the way to communicate it is poor and really people do what they want. When it comes to leaving, when you ride a motorcycle you will sneak in front of everyone, if you could not be hours waiting to pass through customs (there is customs because it comes from Morocco.

Travel palermo naples - the trip was great - very clean outdoor cabin even the bathroom was clean and fragrant - the staff at reception is very nice and professional, smiling. I had dinner at the self service and found hot and good food. I have not tried the restaurant but the menu seems rich and at a fair price. I had an aperitif at the bar in the middle of the ship and the two bartenders were good and professional they prepared me a great Spritz. Even the public toilets were stra clean and fragrant - breakfast at the bar aft , good cappuccino and croissants 🥐 warm. I noticed that the staff is very present and kind and the officers are always checking in high uniform around the ship. Finally I had a nice trip . we arrived well in advance in Naples and this was the icing on the cake - the disembarkation of the passengers on foot was called after just 5 minutes - everything perfect - BRAVI 👏 keep it up, I will not take Grimaldi or Moby anymore.

After making a regular reservation for the Palermo Genoa route, they denied me boarding access because I was on board in a van, which they considered a commercial vehicle. For the route their request was for a total payment of about seven hundred euros (for a van!), not to lose the amount already paid I opted for the route to Naples but the hygienic conditions of the cabin were disastrous!! Never again with this company

I had my ferry cancelled the same day of departure for no apparent reason. It took them three months to respond to my claim despite writing twice and talking on the phone twice with a 10 minute wait each, and finally telling me that they keep my money. And they offer me a 20% discount on another ticket!!. But if I never want to see them again!.

I am very disappointed with my trip between Nador and Sète. I had planned to take advantage of the lounge to rest and have a pleasant time, but it was completely squatted by people sleeping on the floor, preventing the other passengers from moving in. It is shameful that no rules are put in place to prevent this. Those who wish to sleep lying down should reserve a cabin. It should be strictly forbidden to squat or sleep in common areas such as the lounge, which is intended for all passengers.
As a result, I had no place to land, which made the trip very unpleasant.
However, I would like to emphasize that the service of the Filipino crew members was exceptional, worthy of a 5-star service ⭐️‐️‐️‐️‐️. Their professionalism and kindness are to be applauded.

One star is already too many.
Booked for the Genoa-Palermo route one way trip in a suite. The departure time was changed from the original time in advance 2.
The exchange of "online ticket" for a valid boarding pass extremely unfriendly also inhibited by language barrier (MA could not speak English)
The arrival in Palermo was then instead of 15:30 (scheduled) only at 22:45.
Staff on the ferry unfriendly and hardly proficient in English.
The announcements hardly understandable, especially when you are in the cabin. So it is that you only learn 30 minutes before that the cabin is to be vacated.
Of course, a complaint was submitted on time after return, as under current EU law 50% of the travel price has to be refunded.
After a processing time of 2 months, I was only offered a bonus on a next booking -> a cheek and a clear violation of EU law:

Chaotic = still euphemistically described. Route Genoa to Tangier Med. This has been the absolute worst of all the ferry boats in the last two years. Staff rude, unfriendly and very sluggish. No towels etc. In the cabin. Only on request were they handed over. We had full board in self-service. An absolute disaster. Overpriced and taste cheapest mass food. The food distribution so slow that food was greatly cooled at the checkout.From the food we can only advise. Self-catering !!!

Io sono stata in una camera standard che già di suo mi è costata come un 5 stelle a terra!! Ma ovviamente non c è il frigo - non so se ci sia nella suite.

Salve a tutti! Stavo cercando di capire, volevo prenotare una cabina per la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Tra le opzioni mi dice cabina con solo lavabo. Qualcuno sa dirmi se intende che è la doccia ad essere assente o anche i servizi igienici? Grazie!

Buongiorno. Sulla traccia e le navi su cui ho sempre viaggiato (Civitavecchia-Palermo e vv) questa sistemazione semplicemente non esiste (cioè non esistono cabine senza WC e doccia); quindi non so rispondere con certezza. Però la logica mi suggerisce che "solo lavabo" vuol dire effettivamente solo lavabo, quindi senza servizi igienici privati, né doccia.
Come del resto avviene, nella maggior parte dei casi, per le cabine letto ferroviarie.

C'è la possibilità di accedere ad internet? Dalle cabine? Nelle zone comuni? Eventualmente anche a pagamento..

Ciao, la possibilità di accedere a internet, che io sappia, c'è dal proprio smartphone, ma a prezzi che non sono quelli normali del proprio gestore, bensì molto superiori (non ho mai approfondito di quanto).
Ciò in quanto, quando la nave è lontana dalle antenne terrestri, non c'è campo, e quindi le trasmissioni avvengono per via satellitare.
C'è avviso apposito sulla questione in vari punti delle navi.
Per questo motivo io, per evitare brutte sorprese nelle bollette, quando la nave è in mare aperto ho sempre inserito sullo smartphone la "modalità aereo".
Infine, non sono al corrente della disponibilità (evidentemente alle stesse tariffe) di postazioni internet fisse a bordo. Quanto meno, non ne ho viste in nessuna parte delle navi.

A Genova si. Anche a Palermo. Però a Palermo fanno parecchio schifo. Sono sotto le piante del viale antistante la nave. A Genova invece sono in fondo al piazzale di carico

Strano. Al numero verde GNV mi hanno sempre risposto. E una volta mi hanno risolto specificamenete il problema del cambio targa.
