Your guide takes you to some of the most historic places in the city, including a home that has direct ties to the Witch Trials and ends at one of the oldest cemeteries in Massachusetts: the Burying Point. Also pass through the historic McIntire District and the garden at Ropes Mansion. Your guide tells you tales of the Salem witch trials as well as popular historic and haunting stories. Your tour ends on Charter Street by the Burying Point. Note: Book the nighttime tour for an even spookier experience; be led around Salem by lantern light.

Interesting and a perfect paced guided tour!

Interesting and a perfect paced guided tour ! Our tour guide Violet was a great story teller and kept our group engaged and moving. We stopped at the haunted/historic stops and she had a great way of telling historic stories and referencing them to present times. It was the highlight of our (girls trip) to Salem!

Excellent
Our tour guide (Dawn) was awesome and very knowledgeable. Even tho we had bad weather Dawn stayed composed and very enthusiastic with the way she explained the history and hauntings of the tour.

Pretty Good
Good experience, colder night in the upper 40s, more walking than I expected, but maybe a total of 3/4 mile. Tour leader Michael worked hard to make it entertaining, but maybe because I knew a lot about the witch trials, it wasn't as engaging? The haunted stories just fell flat for me, my daughter was with me and she thought it was well done as she did not have much knowledge of what had happened back 300 years ago.

GREAT! - Corey was incredible!

Cannot recommend this tour enough!! We booked super last minute for a Sunday morning tour. We were the only 2 people and it was pouring rain the whole time. The company could have easily just cancelled the tour on us, but our guide Corey showed up and made it an awesome day. Corey was well spoken and witty and very knowledgeable about the witch trials. They even provided umbrellas for us! Corey and Witch City were great and truly had an amazing time and would recommend to anyone visiting Salem!

Great tour!
Our tour guide Michael was very knowledgeable and funny! We brought our small children and it was very easy to follow along with our stroller. Would definitely do a tour again in the future.

Best Witch Tour of Salem Mass

Omg this is the best tour ever! Hillary was so knowledgeable eloquent and engaging. Her historical knowledge combined with wisdom and insight was fabulous. We did the 2 hour walking tour at night which was great. Highly recommend!! Ten stars.

We loved our tour with Shawn. As a fellow history nerd, I appreciated how he gave us a lot of great historical information about Salem, along with some fascinating ghost stories. He has a great voice for storytelling, and he kept everyone in the group engaged. He was also really good at going with the flow if there were any interruptions. (Bonus, for fans of Hocus Pocus: you will see some familiar places on this walking tour!)
