早上5点出发，回到酒店已经晚上10点了，整整15个小时，全程交通大概就将近11小时，马丘比丘如果你认为作为必须打卡的地方，你可以咬咬牙参与，但是说实话，景点的风景很普通，一眼望到头，我参加的那天又是下大暴雨，整个行程的体感很差，小火车是亮点

After many hours of transportation and waiting we finally arrived at the beautiful, holy city of Machu Picchu. It was breathtaking! Miguel Angel, our guide, answered all of our specific questions. It really showed, that he's giving tours for a decade now! He's authentic and likeable. If you can, choose him and tip him well 😉

The logistic of the tour was arranged very smooth. The tour guide is knowledgeable. The view is magnificent. I definitely recommend this tour.

The trip was well organised. There was a lot of free-time in Aguas Calientes. The timing needs to be improved though, but this is not in the hands of the tour operator. There was a big issue, which was very disappointing. One of the agents sent the passport numbers to everyone in the group. So I had the passport numbers and names of everyone from the group and vice versa. This is a serious breach of thrust. So I told it to one of the agents in Aguas Calientes, and I guess he couldn’t have cared less. So in the evening I wrote to the agency, in order to complain. The answer was “Ok, my apologies”. This is a big reason for not booking again with this agency. The handling of private and sensitive data must have the highest priority. The driver of the van was driving very dangerously and speeding as if the devil would chase him, especially when it was dark outside. Stay away from them!

Good morning,
Regarding the version provided by the client, as operators, we are not authorized to share any information with other clients, as this would be a serious accusation. The client mentions that we shared their passport information with the group. However, in our daily operations, we have not received any complaints of this nature in the 7 years we have been operating, and we consider this to be a serious accusation.
In our reservation policies, clients are clearly informed that they must provide complete passport details when making their reservation, and this information is kept internally. On the day of the operation to Machu Picchu, the client was part of a group with other passengers who had the same service. It is clear that the authorities at Machu Picchu and the government require passports for entry at each control point, as these are government regulations. The same applies to the trains, whose policies also require passengers to present passports before boarding. The same applies to the Consetur buses, where all passengers are required to present their passports before boarding the bus.
The travel agency is not permitted to share information with any other clients, as all client data is confidential. As mentioned, during all our operations, passengers are obligated to show their passports at every control point. These are regulations from the Ministry of Culture, Peru Rail, Consetur Machu Picchu, and other authorities when required.
We, as operators, are very careful with the information that clients provide to us, and this is done daily. At no point during the operations did any client raise this issue, as all our clients are fully aware that they must show their passports at all strategic points as a requirement for this experience. We are surprised by this client’s opinion, as we are not authorized to share personal information of the clients who travel with us. This complaint is unfounded, as we have already explained. All our clients must present their passports during their visit to Machu Picchu.
Additionally, we would like to inform you that all the drivers who work daily on the Machu Picchu service are well-trained. They receive all the necessary information and training required by the government for formal operations every day.
Attached, you will find all the tickets used in the operations conducted on March 11th, 2025. Additionally, you can clearly see that all the tickets used for these operations contain passport details, as mentioned before, these are government policies, and the private companies involved require this information.
All of our vehicles are equipped with GPS, and they do not exceed a speed of 90 km/h.

The was the absolute best tour ever the experience was amazing and our tour guide Miguel Angel was EXCEPTIONAL!! He took his time explaining every detail and history of Machu Picchu even the things I didn’t know about the mountain. If you are ever wanting to book this tour, ensure Miguel is your tour guide and I promise you won’t regret it.

Likes: The location itself is Machu Picchu, so needless to say it was breathtaking. Our tour guide (Roy) was excellent: well-versed, enthusiastic, and a great portrait photographer! His narrative of Machu Picchu was engaging and thought-provoking, hence made the experience more valuable.
Wishes: Our tour group was split between Spanish and English, and for some reason we went on different Circuits. I would have preferred both groups experience the same/or both Circuits for the complete experience for the entire group.
Tips: If you're visiting during the rainy season (like February), do expect some light rain and clouds. For us it rained quite a bit while we were down in Aguas Calientes, but luckily it stopped raining once we were up in Machu Picchu. I also recommend doing some homework on the different Machu Picchu Circuits so that you can set expectations with the tour guide/company upon your visit.
