Start at Ing's Mine trailhead and hike or bike 6-7 km along the gravel road, it's uphill most of the way but not too tough. Where the road from Moose Mountain joins then head up through the trees and across the scree, this is the steep bit!
There's plenty of head room in the cave but I suggest you pack a head torch, some gloves and a spare sweater, it's cold inside!
A must-do-thing

You can access the trail from highway 66 , about 10 - 15 minutes West of bragg Creek. There isn't really much signage but if you head towards elbow falls, it's a little before that, across from the picnic day use area to the right or you can head to igns mine if you're using a gps.. You'll see the husky shell sign on a green fenced off area and you will know you're in the right place .
The walk to the trail head is about 5 km on a gravel road . If it's a sunny day bring A LOT of water as there is little shade from the trees along this road . I would absolutely recommend bringing a bike for this portion of the trail.
Once you get to the end of the gravel road you'll see the trailhead to the right , there's a yellow sign that says "KM 4" . From there you can easily follow the trail for most of the way up the mountain . It can be hard to see where to go next in some portions of the trail but if you follow the orange/red tape attached to trees it will lead you through the less defined parts of the trail.
Once you get closer to the mouth of the cave the path can be slightly treacherous if you aren't careful, it's a scramble up the rest of the way and the path is littered with loose rocks. (Watch your head , would be best to bring helmets as there is a ton of loose rock above the mouth of the cave and a few years back someone was killed by falling rock ) You do have to do a bit of climbing and working your way around rocks to get to the mouth of the cave along a steep slope so I wouldn't recommend bringing children but our trusty dog got all the way up into the cave with us .
For someone who is terrified of heights of I would pass on the trail altogether. I myself am not a fan so I was pretty much pissing myself at this point .. but it would be unlikely that you would actually fall to your death from there if you're careful and know how to scree down the mountain side.
Once in the cave it is at least 15 degrees colder so bring pants and a sweater no matter what time of year . When we went it was 29 degrees celsius and yet the cave was still considerably colder . From here you're free to explore the many chambers of the cave which is quite a wonderful experience . I would recommend bringing headlamps and flashlights if you plan on travelling deeper into the cave . But be careful as not to go too far unless you're experienced as it is very dangerous .
I would highly recommend this hike to anyone as it is fairly easy and the views at the top are amazing not to mention the cave itself is awe-inspiring . 10/10 would do again . Perhaps with bikes next time .

The gravel road from the parking lot to the start of the trail is a decent 4k walk. We opted to bring bicycles to get up to the trailhead a bit quicker. From there you can follow a well marked path to the cave entrance about halfway up the mountain. The view down towards the river from the cave entrance is indeed impressive. Once inside the cave you can explore around with ease. We brought headlamps and additional flashlights and warm clothes, as the temperature drops dramatically once inside. When you reach the far end of the cave and it almost appears that you can't go any further, look towards the left hand side of the cavern for a small opening. We dropped our backpacks off here and scurried through the small opening on our stomachs. From there on you can squeeze through several small openings in the rocks, into a series of chambers and proceed to find a small ice river formed inside of a crevice. The last chamber is only big enough to accommodate about three people, so we took turns at this point to look around. Once out of the cavern, we enjoyed lunch on a ledge at the entrance of the cave and screed on down the hill!

Was quite easy to find coming from Calgary, I googled directions and didn't need the GPS. Once you get to the road, there is a small parking lot off to the right that says "oversized vehicles" but everyone was parking here regardless. There is a 5km walk on gravel road to the trail head, so be prepared. It is thorough Shell’s sour gas station where they pump H2S gas so some funky smells here and there. H2S is very poisonous, so be careful and stay away from the pipelines. Bike would be great if you have it, but the walk was easy and it was sunny so not a big deal. Once you get to the end of the gravel road, there is a small trail head sign reading "Nahini Trail" or something along those lines (right side).
It was a steep climb and the higher you get, the narrower the trail. Near the top/cave mouth, there is a bit of a scramble and you have to be careful on slippery rocks and gravel spots. Probably about 1.5 hrs up and 40 minutes down. The gravel road was a large chunk of the hike at approx 1 hrs each way. Total hike time of 4.5 hours or so. We brought a lunch and ate at the cave opening. I had regular running shoes on and managed well.
Bring headlamps, I got some at Canadian Tire for $6 a pop. They were essential. I used the flashlight on my phone as well to navigate the ice and slippery rocks a bit better. If you want to go deeper into the cave, bring proper gear ie. rope, helmets, thicker clothes, etc. There was a group ahead of us that squeezed through some tight spots to get to deeper parts of the cave but we did not have proper gear. It was still really cool and we got some good photos!! Would definitely do this hike again and bring more gear so we can go further next time.
If you love caves, this is definitely worth the visit. 10/10

Start with 20 min bike up gravel road. Could be faster or slower depending on fitness and age of bikers. No trail sign where you start walking. Sign that is there is wrong and for different area. Trail can be treacherous if you get off trail. Cave is spectacular but headlamps are required if you want to venture to back of the cave. Watch for falling rock from scramblers in and around the cave.
